- Pollution- Increase strength of pollution laws and spread them worldwide.
- War-Changing the mindset and educating the younger generations.
I choose war as my top problem in the world because it has been around since the beginning of civilization. This problem is persistent and ugly part of our culture that needs to be taken out. It kills innocent human beings every year and the benefits don't outweigh the cost.
My top solution is for resource depletion. By using alternative energy sources, it will make the world cleaner and use energy more efficiently. This solution is the most implementable because we have a foundation for this technology already we just need to improve it.
I agree with your solution, it was similar to my top solution in my blog (http://melbufent3003.blogspot.com/2016/01/melb-top-5-world-problems.html). I think you are correct on the war aspect as well, as long as it's okay to kill each other it's difficult to say that we are evolving as a species. I also agreed with clean water and pollution. I think that you hit the nail on the head when you said we need to change the mindset and educate our younger generation, it's a worthy cause.

Also i can agree with you that your solution fro resource depletion seems the most possible. I had a couple of similar points in my top 5 including terrorism and climate change. Overall you had a very good list.
