1. What surprises me is why aren't companies making innovation strategies? It seems like a logical idea but many companies have failed.
2. What confuses me is how a company chooses what to invest in because there are so many choices a company can make.
3. Is there negative effects from crowdsourcing like other companies stealing solutions or ideas? How come companies can't hire consultants to create innovation plans?
