1) 5 years into my business venture of renewable gym energy I intend on keeping my business.
2)I want to stay in the gym industry because I believe it is only going get bigger. Along with more people going to the gym, I foresee more companies becoming more eco-friendly and efficient as well.
3) By staying in the industry, my main focus now is to establish a foundation for the future. I want to have a great gym plan for my members and for it to also be energy producing gym as well.
Hey there Peter,
ReplyDeleteThis is the second “Exit Strategy” post that I’ve read that revolves around a gym. This is indicative of a degree of viability of this endeavor. You seem to have a good deal of confidence in the venture as well, and it’s admirable that you are in search of methods of customer care and eco-friendly practice.

Hi,
ReplyDeleteSo from what I am reading, you wish to keep your business for the immediate future. So will your business also be an energy company as a result of all the power produced in your gym? If so, you can build off of that and offer surplus energy to the surrounding area or gym members. Anyway more detail would go a long way.
