Week 12 Reading reflection

One thing that surprised me was how important strategic planning was for a starting business and how some companies don't utilize it. 

What makes a company not use strategic planning?

What would make a company use the matrix model?

Nothing in this chapter confused me.

I believe the author was right on in this chapter.
